Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for AI integration and human augmentation
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Author quarterly 'Future Horizons' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University for trend forecasting
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Host monthly 'FutureProof' workshops with industry thought leaders
- Oversee development of predictive analytics platforms for climate resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology innovation
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in trend mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing of enterprise systems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive transformation
