Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in technology innovation with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate tech
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of ISO 20700 foresight standards
- Proficient in scenario planning and technology roadmapping tools
- Portfolio showcasing at least 2 commercialized innovations
