Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning models for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Represent FutureVision at global innovation forums and conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-thinking culture
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in industry journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with validation
