Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Automation, Edge Computing) to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead the strategic vision for digital transformation, ensuring scalability and resilience.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, CTO/CTO-level roles, or senior engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and executing technology roadmaps for major transformations.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in business models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
