Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI integration and quantum computing applications
- Analyze emerging tech trends (biotech, nanotech, decentralized systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee R&D partnerships with leading academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech deployment
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product leadership with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite level
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Foresight methodologies preferred
