Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with 15+ global engineering teams
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify acquisition targets in deep tech
- Design scalable frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Author industry thought leadership published in top-tier tech journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products (2018-2023)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Experience with federal technology policy (e.g., CHIPS Act, NSF initiatives)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technology implementations
