Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to translate technical vision into strategic business initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and ecosystem mapping for next-gen markets
- Manage technology incubation programs for 2026-viable innovations
- Present strategic frameworks to stakeholders and investor communities
- Drive innovation governance frameworks ensuring ethical and sustainable deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technology adoption curves
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
