What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to define product vision and go-to-market strategies.
- Oversee the integration of scalable, secure infrastructure to support rapid business scaling.
- Establish governance frameworks for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to anticipate industry shifts.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI/ML and Blockchain.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
