Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive Technology Strategy for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to assess their potential impact on our industry.
- Lead the migration strategy for legacy systems to ensure seamless integration with future-ready platforms.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, or Product Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of future-proofing business operations and technology stacks.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and cloud infrastructure trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in response to market shifts.
- Relevant certification (PMP, TOGAF, or similar) is a plus.
