Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Architect strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and research institutions
- Translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps and business cases
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee prototype development of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Drive adoption of breakthrough technologies across global business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Strong data analytics skills for trend forecasting and market analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
