Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and competitive technology positioning
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI development and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech foresight
- Proven track record leading complex digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTS, CISSP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
