- Develop and articulate a long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company's core mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities in the future tech space.
- Lead workshops and strategic planning sessions to align internal stakeholders on future trends.
- Evaluate ethical implications of new technologies and develop governance frameworks for deployment.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify potential threats and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, management consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in crafting strategic narratives for C-level executives and external stakeholders.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy.
