Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through compelling proposals to venture partners
- Mentor a team of 5+ futurists and junior strategists
- Present findings at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: AI ethics, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global enterprises
