Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year strategic roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-interfacing technologies
- Lead cross-functional task forces to assess ethical implications of 2026's disruptive innovations
- Partner with C-suite to secure $50M+ in future-focused R&D funding
- Establish industry-first frameworks for autonomous system governance and human-AI symbiosis
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and UN Tech forums
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech policy at Stanford/MIT
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact in scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine interaction (2019-2023)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and ISO/IEC 24027
- Fluency in Rust, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuro-symbolic programming
- Track record of securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for future-tech projects
- PhD in Computational Philosophy or equivalent interdisciplinary field
