- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 10-year forecasting success
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum algorithms
- Experience scaling systems processing 10+ petabytes daily
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Previous advisory role to G7 technology policy committees
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
