Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Horizon: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology roadmap, identifying key innovations required to achieve market leadership by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to determine their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Product Innovation: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts that align with the 2026 vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technological strategies to C-level executives and board members, translating technical jargon into business value.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and executing on ambitious strategic visions.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse departments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
