Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments for strategic positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ in R&D funding for 2026 initiatives
- Present visionary technology blueprints to investors and industry stakeholders
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR/STTR preferred)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
