Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Project, identifying key emerging trends.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on 2026 goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Green Tech) to assess viability and ROI.
- Oversee the pilot programs for technologies scheduled for deployment in 2026.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of future-tech initiatives.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders in a compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; Bachelor’s with 5+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a related technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends accurately.
- Proven track record of leading complex, long-term strategic initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
