Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive technology vision for the next three years, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Emerging Tech Research: Monitor global technology trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage, specifically focusing on AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for C-suite executives and investors.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead pilot programs for experimental technologies to validate feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a strategic or technical leadership role, with at least 5 years specifically in future-tech planning or R&D.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to forecast market shifts and adapt organizational strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
