Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026-2030 horizon, aligning with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Develop cross-functional innovation roadmaps with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present technology foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships with leading tech research institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Drive adoption of strategic technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (e.g., AI governance, biotech integration)
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic foresight capabilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong project management with PMP or similar certification
