Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology strategy and innovation roadmap aligning with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Build external partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and adoption curves
- Executive-level experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data literacy with scenario planning and predictive analytics skills
- Published thought leadership in future technology (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
