Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing commercialized AI or quantum technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon)

- Experience securing federal grants and venture capital for R&D
