- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and investor stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish ethical innovation guidelines for emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching products with 3+ years market foresight
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (preferred)
