Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Track record of launching 3+ tech innovations at scale
- Expertise in future forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong stakeholder management across executive levels
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology management
