Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, aligning with business growth objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and their industry applications
- Architect innovation frameworks to transform market opportunities into scalable technology solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate strategic insights into product development
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for technology adoption and innovation impact
- Present strategic technology roadmaps and forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on future technology exploration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CIO leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing) and market adoption
- Strategic foresight experience with technology trend analysis and scenario planning
- Executive presence with ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field
