Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for potential adoption.
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and test innovative solutions, ensuring scalability and real-world applicability.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry leaders, academic institutions, and innovation hubs.
- Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related field, with at least 5 years at a senior level.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on various industries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
