Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen digital solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for technology adoption success
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage annual technology innovation budget of $15M+
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation management
