Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligning with market evolution and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research labs and technology incubators
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Architect technology governance frameworks for emerging ecosystems (Web4, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and tech evangelism
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two frontier domains: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns and exponential growth dynamics
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems and research communities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing technology investment decisions
