Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, neural interfaces) for commercial viability and ethical implications
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on technology adoption risks/opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technologies in augmented reality and autonomous systems
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and advise on regulatory compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or C-suite leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing architectures, and biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or government innovation grants

- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized technologies with global impact
