- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/sustainable tech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and DARPA partnerships
- Strong proficiency in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Exceptional presentation skills to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
