Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and blockchain innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with 18-month horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and disruptive threats
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Certification in technology architecture or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
