- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
