Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, identifying disruptive innovations and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives on quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and AI ethics
- Architect scalable frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their impact on innovation strategies
- Mentor technical teams on emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and securing innovation funding
