Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and emerging geopolitical tech policies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks and climate-positive computing solutions.
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and global tech consortiums to pioneer human-AI symbiosis projects.
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on nanotechnology, neuro-interfaces, and synthetic biology integration.
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics.
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and government innovation councils.
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in hardware lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years of C-suite tech strategy experience.
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or decentralized networks (blockchain/Web3).
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-computer interaction or sustainable technology.
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI governance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights).
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Prolog) and quantum circuit design.
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with Fortune 100 or government entities.
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impact (Singularity University preferred).
