- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends and business objectives

- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio and oversee vendor/partner ecosystems
- Mentor a team of 8-12 senior technologists and researchers
- Represent Innovatech at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology roadmaps across Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
