Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future tech risks
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and monitor technology adoption maturity
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and technology pioneers
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI analysis for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology architecture (e.g., CTO, TOGAF)
- Experience developing long-term digital transformation roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
