Responsibilities

- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives at enterprise level
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (STEEP analysis)
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or international tech consortia
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
