Responsibilities

- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives to production
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL)
- Experience with ethical tech governance frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
