Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ implementation across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop business cases for next-gen infrastructure investments (>$50M)
- Chair cross-functional innovation councils with C-level executives
- Present technology disruption scenarios to the Board of Directors
- Partner with VC firms to identify acquisition targets in frontier tech
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in executive technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech (FDA, FCC, GDPR)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SBI) or equivalent background
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
