Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-generation solutions in quantum AI, biotechnology integration, and decentralized systems
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging technology opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee R&D investments and innovation pipeline management for 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance protocols for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing $50M+ R&D budgets and cross-functional global teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and academic research communities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
