- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on innovation strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven experience developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience leading global tech innovation teams across 3+ continents
