Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech applications
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and quantum security protocols
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
- Board-level experience with climate-tech or biotech ventures
