- Present future-focused recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitor technology strategies and regulatory developments
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-facing tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, or climate tech)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in strategic planning or technology forecasting preferred
