Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (AI, Web3, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
