- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging technology adoption
- Secure 3+ patents annually in core innovation areas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching award-winning tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainability tech
- Experience securing federal innovation grants and venture capital
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
