Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap, aligning with corporate objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage innovation lab operations and $50M+ R&D budget
- Foster strategic partnerships with leading tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven track record launching products with exponential growth potential
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
