Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and Web3 infrastructure
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business strategies
- Build and manage a team of futurists, data scientists, and innovation architects
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with leading universities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
