Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
- Build and mentor a high-impact innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning for 5-10 year tech horizons
- Strong financial modeling for futuristic tech investments
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends
