- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or platforms
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams across engineering, design, and research
