Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals

- Partner with C-suite to establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Drive innovation sprints with global engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Analyze patent landscapes and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts to investors and board members
- Mentor junior strategists on emerging tech adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products in AI/quantum/sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Stanford AI Ethics)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong network with tech innovators at MIT, Stanford, or similar institutions
